A graduate of CCA in San Francisco with over 20 years of experience, Diego will create custom menus utilizing his vast knowledge of world cuisines while sourcing the freshest of locally raised and harvested meat, poultry, seafood and produce.
As a full-service company, Memphis Catering & Events has artfully produced large scale, outdoor events, weddings, and corporate luncheons as well as intimate, wine-paired dinner parties and backyard barbecues. Fully licensed and insured alcoholic beverage service is also available.
