· ¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

· ¼ oz Amaro Cio Ciaro Liqueur

· ¾ oz Dry Vermouth

· 2 oz Russells 10yr Bourbon

The Orange County Bartender’s Cabinet (OCBC) is the best thing that ever happened to the Orange County restaurant and bar industry. The Memphis Group has been in full support of the OCBC for a couple of years now and our very own Ricky Yarnall is a board member while a handful of our bartenders frequent the meetings to learn about spirits and new tricks of the trade. Memphis at the Santora has been host to two of the monthly meetings along with the OC Weekly and KCRW Good Food Happy Hour event on Tuesday March 13th.
